Refund policy

At Crazy Cast, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp on 079 472 8323 with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable items such as soft plastics, hooks, and fishing line cannot be returned once opened.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via PayFast.
